It's pretty amazing what you find out about your co-workers that you never knew. The other day I found out that there was a bona fide author among the folks that make sure that all the yummy medical content gets posted correctly on Medscape. Daniel Bukszpan sits quietly at his desk every day formatting and posting some of the best medical content on the Internet and, meanwhile, he's been taking the time to write the definitive reference on Heavy Metal. Admittedly, I don't know my Ratt from my Poison, but if you have any interest, check out The Encyclopedia of Heavy Metal.
"yummy medical content" -- and here I thought I was the only non-doc who felt that way.

This looks great--on a highly related note, the wonderful fun movie School of Rock" has a great scene where Jack Black teaches his kids to play rock by showing them all the classic heavy metal riffs (Iron Man, Smoke on the Water, etc) and then is dismayed to find out that none of the 10 year olds have ever heard of Led Zeppelin! Boy it made me feel old! But the last number at the credits AC/DC's "Long way to the Top if you wanna rock'n'roll" is one of the best moments in the movies for years!
