Wow, thanks for the complement! Some pieces just write themselves. I don't bring the patients in, just treat 'em. ;)

You're right about the quality of writing on that site. When its good, its very, very good -- fresh and vital. I also recommend SOAP Notes: Natalie's Diary. Excellent.
